Technology Specialist

• Description: Saint Raphael School is seeking someone with experience in educational information technology, a passion for learning, the ability to multitask and take on additional responsibilities, and strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.  This is a full time position at Saint Raphael School. 

• Preferred Applicant: Bachelor’s degree required with a background in Information Systems, Information Technology, or other technology related field. An advanced knowledge of general IT is required.

• Other requirements include: Advanced Microsoft Office & Google Apps knowledge, intermediate computer troubleshooting, networking (Racks/Switches & Firewalls), computer maintenance skills, the ability to lift 30 pounds, attention to detail, general organization, the ability to follow step-by-step directions, improvisation, and advanced problem-solving. Student Information Systems, database experience, familiarity with digital content creation, Google Admin Console, Networking (Wireless & Wired) & Server Administration are required. One to two years of experience performing primary helpdesk functions, preferably in an educational environment. Industry certifications preferred but not required.
