The Application for the 2025-2026 School Year is now open! 

Follow the steps below to apply to Saint Raphael School. 

Please be sure to select the desired school year when applying. 

Step 1: Complete Online App

1. New Families: Visit the Application Page and follow the steps listed 
2. Current Families: Log in to your existing Saint Raphael FACTS Family Portal account & navigate to the Application/Enrollment section

Step 2: Bring the following items to the School Office (will be copied and returned):

New Kindergarten Students

• Original Birth Certificate
• Original Baptismal Certificate

New Students Grades 1-7

• Original Birth Certificate
• Original Baptismal Certificate
• Complete Release of School Records and return to your current school office
• Current school year report card
• Previous school year report card
• Most recent two years of standardized assessment results (i.e. NWEA MAP,  OST/AIR)
• IEP/ISP or Accommodation Plan, if applicable
• Completed online application packet

The school will send an acceptance letter containing additional information to finalize your Family Portal account and complete any remaining forms for the desired school year.

New Kindergarten Students

• Original Birth Certificate

New Students Grades 1-7

• Original Birth Certificate
• Original Baptismal Certificate
• Complete Release of School Records and return to your current school office
• Current school year report card
• Previous school year report card

Students new to Saint Raphael School will be admitted to the school following the criteria listed below:

Kindergarten

• Siblings of current students.
• Students without siblings in the school who are currently participating in the Parish preschool religion program. 
• If necessary, the students will be ranked according to the length of time their parents have been registered parishioners.
• Students without siblings in the school who are not participating in the Parish preschool religion program will be ranked according to the length of time their parents have been registered parishioners.
• Children must be five years old no later than August 1st, 2025.

Grades 1 - 8

• Siblings of current students will be admitted to the extent there are openings available in the requested grade. 
• If necessary, the student will be ranked according to the length of time their parents have been registered parishioners.
• Students without siblings in the school will be admitted to the extent there are openings available in the requested grade. 
• If necessary, the student will be ranked according to the length of time their parents have been registered parishioners.
• A review of records and family interview with the Administration will be conducted before the student is admitted to Saint Raphael School.

Currently, there are no fees to apply to Saint Raphael School; however, an enrollment fee is due at the time of registration, which typically occurs in March.

Traditionally, Re-Enrollment starts in the spring of the current school year. 

Once open, the school will send out reminders through Email and the Friday Folder to encourage families to re-enroll for the upcoming school year. 

1. Families should re-enroll using the Saint Raphael FACTS Family Portal. The Family Portal is the dashboard where families can apply, enroll, check student grades, and make payments. 
2. After logging in, navigate to the section titled APPLY / ENROLL
3. Choose ENROLLMENT/RE-ENROLLMENT
4. Complete and submit an Enrollment Packet for EACH student at Saint Raphael
5. You must complete all fields and be sure to press SUBMIT PACKET, many families leave completed packets unsubmitted by mistake. 

Exisiting Students

• No additional documentation needed unless requested by the school

New Kindergarten Students

There is a $100 per student enrollment fee due at the time of enrollment for the upcoming school year.
